By booking a consultation or making a payment on this website, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

This website offers a paid one to one consultation with Dr Shashank Agrawal, a registered Ayurvedic practitioner (BAMS, UP registration 61097). The consultation takes place by phone, by video call, or in person at one of his clinics, based on availability and your choice. Length: to be set

2. Booking and payment

The consultation fee is to be set, payable in advance to reserve your time. After payment, the team contacts you on WhatsApp to confirm your day and time.

3. Medical note

The consultation gives Ayurvedic guidance. It is not emergency care. If you have an emergency, go to the nearest hospital. Every person responds differently, and no result is promised. Please share your full health history and every medicine you take. Do not stop any medicine without asking your doctor.

4. The self check

The digestive self check on this website is a set of questions about your habits. It is not a diagnosis and does not name any disease.

5. Privacy

What you share is kept private. See our privacy policy.

6. Your part

• Give correct contact and health details.
• Be available at your confirmed time, or tell the team before it.
• Follow the guidance with care, together with your regular doctor where needed.
