Consultations inside a program happen online, by phone or video. The clinic team messages you on WhatsApp to fix a time. Only the medicine and printed material are shipped.
Where we deliver
We deliver to most PIN codes across India. If your PIN code cannot be served, we will tell you and refund you in full. We do not ship outside India at present.
How long it takes

Sundays and public holidays are not working days. These are usual times, not a guarantee, as couriers can be delayed by weather and festivals.
What it costs
Delivery charge to come: free on all orders, or free above a set amount. Any charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking your order
Once your order is sent, we message you the courier name and tracking link on WhatsApp. You can also look it up on our Track your order page with your order number and mobile number.
Packing
Every order is sealed and packed to protect the medicine on the way.
If nobody is home
The courier usually tries again or calls you. If the parcel comes back to us after failed attempts, we will contact you to send it again. A second delivery may carry a delivery charge.
Wrong address
Please check your address and PIN code at checkout. If you spot a mistake, WhatsApp us straight away. Once the parcel is sent, we may not be able to change it.
