1. About the products
This website sells Dr Shashank Agrawal's wellness program and, as they open, his own medicines. A program may include online consultations with him, his own Ayurvedic proprietary medicines made under drug licence drug licence number to come, and a diet plan. What the program contains is listed on its page. They are meant to support health, not to replace a doctor's advice. Read the label before use and use only as directed. If you are pregnant, feeding a baby, buying for a child, or taking any other medicine, speak to a doctor first.
Results differ from person to person. Nothing on this website is a promise of a particular result.
2. Who can buy
You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law. You agree that the details you give us are true and complete.
3. Prices and payment
- All prices are in Indian rupees and include GST.
- Any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
- Payment is taken through a licensed payment gateway by UPI, card or net banking.
- If a price is shown wrongly because of an obvious error, we will tell you before sending the order and you can cancel for a full refund.
4. Orders
An order is confirmed when your payment succeeds and you receive an order number. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if the product is out of stock, the address cannot be served, or we reasonably believe the order is not genuine.
5. Delivery, cancellation and refunds
These are set out in our Shipping and delivery and Refund and cancellation policies, which form part of these terms.
6. Consultations
Online consultations are given by Dr Shashank Agrawal, registered Ayurvedic practitioner UP 61097, under the telemedicine guidelines that apply to Ayurveda practitioners. A consultation is advice based on what you tell us. In an emergency, go to the nearest hospital.
7. Information on this website
Articles on this website are for general information. They are not a diagnosis. Please consult your doctor before changing any medicine.
8. Your use of the website
Do not misuse the website, try to break its security, or copy its content for commercial use. All text, images and designs belong to Dr Shashank Agrawal unless stated otherwise.
9. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for loss caused by using a product against its label or our advice.
10. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays caused by things we cannot control, such as floods, strikes, courier disruption or government orders.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be heard by the courts at Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh. Before going to court, please write to us at drshashank.ayurveda@gmail.com so we can try to fix it.
